I am now caught up with the present. The last couple of months seem to have been a bit of a blur but I made it through them. I am now in a much better place where trusting God that it is going to be okay is a lot easier. Someone, who wasn’t with me at the time, said they wished they could give me a hug and tell me that it was going to be okay. I wished that that was all it took for it to be okay but unfortunately it’s not. While wary of taking scripture out of context I take joy and find hope in Proverbs 3:5-6. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”
“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”

There is only one way to go. Forward.
